Add Preview Button when Editing Node

The title pretty much says it, but is there any chance of getting a "preview" button when doing an "edit" on a node just like how there is for creating a node?

I would certainly support this modification. Your question's been asked many times previously. The answer is documented: "Is there a preview option when updating a node, like there is when creating a new node?".

Woof, well since that post is from 2009 I'm assuming they decided not to implement that feature at all then.

No worries I guess, it just gives me pause every time I do it where I have any update with links or code or anything more substantial than just plain text and I can't "check" it first.

:) well open new tab to reply to your own node, preview preview preview ... could always compose nodes/replies/edits on your homenode, that way if your browser crashes your content is saved
