Hi tushar_linux, welcome to the Monastery!

Please edit your post using <p></p> tags to wrap your paragraphs in, and put your code and error messages within <code></code> tags per How do I post a question effectively?.

You'll then need to specify whether you've installed this HTML::Embperl module or not, and the code within your script that 'use'es it.

This link is probably relevant to the issue you are having. I do want to suggest wording/formatting your questions better so they are a little easier to read. It would also be helpful to give more context, such as the steps that lead to that error.
