Since you have specific reference that cannot be found, now go look for it in some directory that will be named HTML. It should be in one of the places you named in your environment variables. But also, bear in mind that "using Perl on shared hosting" will produce a lot of Google-hits with meticulous explanations of how to do it correctly. Grab a good one and check what you have done very-carefully against it.
