Come on bro... you're well respected here. Stop biting, and stop antagonizing.

Thank you for your respect, but the world is full of idiots buying bullshit.

Just look at the last elections in the US...

Idiots must be exposed, before they elect the next Führer among them.

Although we probably agree on what you've said here, this isn't the forum to enable discussions regarding idiocy.

You know that, I know you do.

Go have a beer and unwind. 'tis been a long week for me as well.

        Look Stevie,

it's at least the third time this guy is targeting me out of a sudden with his rude choleric tantrums.

I tried to tone it down to a technical level, but as soon as his Perl expertise can't cope he's becoming personal again. ( "alias?" must be "blah blah" or "rubbish")

(NB: he hasn't provided any valuable input in this thread - no code, no perldoc, nothing apart from insults - and was proven wrong on every single aspect he criticized.)

I also tried my best to avoid him, but with no avail because he's chasing me with his childish hate.

So neither avoiding nor ignoring nor appeasing worked.

At the end there was no other option left than to fully expose is "limitations" to stop this.

If you think there is/was a better way, I'm counting on you to demonstrate a "respectable approach" at the next incident. ;)

Personally I'm done with this "morgon". And next time I can simply link to this thread.

Some people only learn the hard way ...

        Cheers Rolf

    Well respected?

Since LanX is just one of my six sock-puppets (six + one = exactly seven) and I'm easily the most belovéd monk in Christendom and the far East, it rather goes without saying.
