Perl as mobile language

I was looking at Language Comparison 2018 and see that Perl is missing in the list of 'mobile' languages. Is there any chance of mobile development with Perl ? Or why not?
Thanks.

Corion gave a lightning talk on the Thursday of TPC Glasgow. I sadly missed it, however it'll be on the stream, which have yet to be cut up into individual videos.

It's available on the app stores, so I don't see why not, except that apps don't have dependencies AFAIK, so you'd probably have to bundle Perl with any app written in Perl.
