I have already seen the Super Search

Found 50 nodes roughly between 1999-10-04 and 2000-08-10 (searched 2. +23% of DB). where any text contains "design" Press to continue searching remaining 97.77% of DB. Link to preload this search: [href://?node_id=3989;BIT=design;submit=S +earch;D]
Found 50 nodes roughly between 2000-08-10 and 2000-04-22 (searched 1.5 +2% of DB). where any text contains "theme" Press to continue searching remaining 0.70% of DB. Please be patient after submitting your search. Link to preload this search: [href://?node_id=3989;BIT=theme;D]

That way I got already tired before I found anything suitable.
which would be in technical terms:

    • not User friendly
    • not Google friendly

The nice way about Tags and Categories is that on the currently reading Posts it suggests you the right terms to read further
And on the Backend Side it leds you display related Posts.

    • for further reading for the User
    • for further crawling for Google

Another example for a Search I did.
      https://perlmonks.org/?node=template+toolkit

Found 50 nodes roughly between 2018-09-27 and 2016-09-23 (searched 4.15% of DB).
where title contains all of "template", "toolkit"
Pressto continue searching remaining 95.85% of DB.
Please be patient after submitting your search.
Link to preload this search: ?node_id=3989;HIT=template%20toolkit

The Result is filled up with one Thread mostly.

But I can't find any answer to my concrete Question
Do you use the Template::Toolkit on here ?

This is an Example what Perl still can do on the Web nowadays:
      http://template-toolkit.org/index.html

"This is an Example what Perl still can do on the Web nowadays:"

That's not very "nowadays", in the sense that you could do this with perl and Template::Toolkit a long time ago. Mojolicious would be a better example of what perl can do on the web nowadays.

Another example for a Search I did.

Why aren't you following the example of the better searches?

But I can't find any answer to my concrete Question

You dont need to know :)
