Easy to find node IDs

jeffa points out in this node that it is best to link to nodes by id.

How about adding the node id to the header of each node, s it can be easily copied into posts.

Yeah, I know that I can futz around with copying the a link to a node and extract and stuff and munge and poke and get this info -- I'm just saying it would be nice to have it right at our finger tips, without all the prestidigitation.
