This is an archived low-energy page for bots and other anonmyous visitors. Please sign up if you are a human and want to interact.

I'm a Linux geek who fancies himself as a Java programmer (no, really). I'm moving away from Perl programming because that's the way my career is going...But I do still interact with Perl from time to time.

I built data-based web sites to manage information. In 3 days, I threw together a database to track which wines I like and dislike so that I wouldn't have to remember. Website consists of 1 HTML page (the login screen,) and 5 Perl s‎crip‎ts. I ain't a god at the stuff, but it comes naturally enough.

If you know of someone looking to have a web site built, especially one that requires information tracking, send 'em my way.

My resume
