Yes it is a really nice detailed list of steps of the process.
What is bothering me (The Programmer) that usually I just want to do steps 8-13, the others should be taken care by someone called Consultant, or Organizer, I don't know the exact description of the position. However if you are in a small organization, you are expected to do the whole process by yourself. --
