I like ketchup, vinegar and salt with my chips, but with no option for this i had to go with only salt. My dad makes the best chips ever! btw, in Northern Ireland, we have the best potatoes and they are known as prootas where I live. Idea for future vote, what's the best fat to fry your chips in? Vegetable or sunflower oil is acceptable, but the best has to be real lard. I have a wiry brain/each eye a camera. Robot Tourist, by Ten Benson
