Brown sauce - not HP Brown Sauce - sauce.

It's most definitely an Edinburgh thing.
As far as I can tell, nowhere else in Scotland, nevermind the rest of the UK, has the particular sauce that is sauce.

Fish supper (including the chips) with salt an' sauce.

MMmmmm. All washed down with Irn Bru.
