I have to say that I rarely even look at the name of a poster so it makes no difference to me what level they are. I have one and only one criterion for ++ voting: Does it make me laugh? Well ok so I vote ++ on some insightful posts too, but most of my votes go on funny posts. Just in case you were wondering, voting -- is reserved for obnoxious or downright humourless posts/comments.
