I voted for Cowboy Neal, but the Neal is actually my second choice. I really want a water buffalo. (If you have to ask why, then you obviously know very little about water buffaloes. They are more resistant to infection than cattle, as well as giving milk that is substantially higher in milkfat and nutritional value.) If you know where I can get one, please contact me.

Plus, water buffalo milk makes by far the best fresh mozzarella...yummy!
