At one point in the dim Internet past there was an encheferizing proxy server. The entire Internet through the chef. Ah, those were the days. There is a site that sort of does the same thing - for perlmonks, microsoft, or whatever. I still miss the proxy server implementation, but seeing Microsoft's page encheferized makes the universe make much more sense.
