I think that only the creating user should have write access to the scrap node also due to
the fact that if you allow everyone to write to everyone elses then you will get many splinter
conversations carrying on in a chat room type environment. I think conversation should be carried
out via the chatterbox so it is open to the community. |

I'll go for that only if the Chatterbox will accept Href links, and will not remove all < > [ ] symbols. It's just too hard to give code examples without that. Perhaps if <CODE> tag was the only one the chatterbox accepted?
