This post is incredibly off-topic, but I just had to share with a fellow gamer, and figured others might want to read. I feel bad posting a response without a link like this, but I just can't find the mail right now. I've read that in tests, WineX running Quake III native mode actually ran faster than native Windows. This was read in a daily newsletter from /., if you're brave enough to tread into the site and search for WineX, I'm sure you'll find some good info about it. ~Brian
