Votes???

Hi all,

Real new to the site, looks great!

How do I 'vote' for a writeup? I do not see any + or - radio buttons? I do not see the VOTE button at the bottom of the page.

Am I just too much of a nube to even vote?

"First of all, to vote on any given writeup simply click on the + or - radio buttons. You can click + or - on each writeup of a node and vote on all them at once by then clicking the VOTE button located towards the bottom of the page."

You can vote only when you have level 2 (for that you must collect 20 XP, and currently you seem to have only 1).

I actually wondered about this as an initiate as well, and found the answer at Voting/Experience System. The number of votes/level is listed in a table, and you'll find that you don't get any votes until level 2. Time to go out and start being an XP whore.

FWIW, I had a heck of a time finding the docs that explained XP and such... but then, maybe that's all part of the path a monk must tread.... :)

It's also worth mention that you don't actually acquire any votes until the next vote allocation after you reach level 2. Vote allocations happen once a day in the morning, IIRC.
