Hmmm well my question to that is what if you voted on several posts on that node? What if people add more to the node you visted?

    Uh, a node is not a thread. Every single post (and indeed everything (hence the name I guess)) is a node in Everything. Your post on this thread is a node. This post is a node. (With nodetype "note", btw.)

    Makeshifts last the longest.

      Well technically you are correct but the fact you and I are posting nodes to each other on this topic make it a thread? ;)

      As I mentioned unless he views the New Notes section periodically, he would miss notes. If he had New Nodes flagged, he could miss things if there were nodes responding to the New Node after he voted

      Then again....
