Yes, you can. Replace the space with an underscore. You complain about that several times, but obviously you fail to understand how this works. Admittedly, I didn't know how it worked until I asked, but at least I didn't post a rant.

Hmmm... why would someone want to post to usenet with a fake e-mail address? To stop spambots from pulling their e-mail address out? And posting an e-mail address like [e-mail] is just frickin' annoying.

That's almost as annoying as i_had_a_little_trouble_so_i_came_up_with_this_and_now_defend_it_because_I_am_so_inconsiderate.
