Unless one of the many, more qualified, Monks wants to, I'm willing to compile (bad pun intended) an initial draft for senior Monks' review.
It would be a while, as I'm travelling July 3rd and 4th, and back to the salt mines on the 5th. Update: zdog has graciously offered to write the "Voting Guide Faqlet" that mdillon and Russ recommend above, and I've encouraged him to run with the ball. I'll be unplugged for a couple days, and I expect zdog will do a better job with it anyway :^)
