This has been organized in the Schedule::ByClock module found at http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/S/SC/SCHAFFTER/

    I did not know that this module exists.
    Than I would prefer to use the Schedule::ByClock module.
    (Why invent the wheel a second time ??)
