January Perl Review available

The January 2003 issue of The Perl Review is out. Also, as rob_au noted previously, the January 2003 issue of The Perl Journal is also out.

And please forgive my awful code in The Perl Review. I've been learning a lot recently, thanks in part to PerlMonks, so I'm sure I wouldn't write anything like that now.

I'm planning on rewriting all of my Jotto code and possibly releasing it as a module, but I think I'll post it here for comment first.
