It looks like you need mysql.dll at 'c:/Perl/site/lib/auto/DBD/mysql/mysql.dll' I checked my (Perl 5.6) installation and I indeed found this mysql.dll at that location. Perhaps the 5.6 version will work for 5.8 too. I'll be happy to e-mail you this mysql.dll if you give me your e-mail address.
