in thread Running CGI scripts without a server

by development environment, i meant the environment under which one does development, such as a development server with an instance of apache installed on it, with development accounts, etc. not a development ide. i have no clue how you could have even thought that that's what i meant. what i meant was that if this guy can't even install a web server to test his scripts out, how good of a programmer can he possibly be? and he's probably running it under windows, too, i'd be willing to bet. people like this are the reason that my day is hell - they can't code, they can't think logically, and they are willing to work for cheap, which means that inflation occurs in the job market, affecting people like me who actually deserve a good job grade and are qualified to perform the work required. code monkey. </rant>

You're a different anonymonk. The first one used proper capitalization.
