I imagine that 'editted nodes' [sic] would be handled much like newest nodes. It simply displays all the newest nodes since the last date you cleared them. So, if someone were to edit a node more than once, since last time they were checked, it would only show up once.

Without having pulled the source for the E2 engine, I would guess that a flag would have to be added to indicate a node had been edited. If the flag was set, the node would be displayed in the 'Editted Nodes' [sic] list, instead of in the newest nodes, which might possibly lead to confusion. But then, I'm not the E2 guy, so I'm guessing...

But it would be nice to know that nodes have changed, I agree.
