What you are asking is a non-question, and therefore this one is a non-answer. :)

Despite some monk's questionable reputation as a wizard, in principle, we are not in the miracle business, so it would be difficult to give you a suitable solution, especially because your question looks suspiciously like homework.

Is it really necessary to be a text file? Sounds simple enough to get your feet a little wet and learn to use a database.
