Gah ... how quickly the bleeding edge comes. This is code that's supposed to go into production ... I'm not sure that a hacked Apache::Template is the Right Thing To Do (TM) ... bt what the heck, I have time for a quick try.
OK, subbing OR_ALL for for RSRC_CONF in Makefile.PL, I'm finding it builds and installs, and with minor config twiddling, mod_perl starts up. Of course, now I have to see if the thing works as not designed or doesn't work as designed. Back in a bit.
