Redirect Problem

mexmish has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I have a javascript that redirects to a new page. The backbutton doesn't work now, because it just repeats the process. How can I jump over the originating page to a previously viewed page?

You know, I'm not convinced that it does. I see mention of javacript, an undisclosed browser, and that's about it. If it was in Seekers Of Perl Wisdom then it would also appear on index.pl for a while, which would get people thinking that maybe perlmonks.org is that "other place" that they were told to ask by the people on comp.lang.perl.misc.
Certainly doesn't belong here though, I agree.
