They decided to schedule an upgrade of our accounting system for this weekend. I thought my part of it was going to be about a 4 hour job, but I ended up working until 9 p.m. When I got home, I was still answering work-related calls until around 11:30. Fortunately for me, my wife agreed to "reschedule" Valentine's Day for next weekend, which increases our chances of getting into a nice restaurant (and gives me another week to shop for something good).
