which version of oracle are you talking about?? i installed v8 on winXP and it certainly doesn't have perl...only JAVA.

I first noticed this after upgrading from 8.0 to 8i - so I assume that this was the version that introduced it (the version that Oracle started bundling Apache with the database and their mod_plsql module): $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/perl/bin/perl	[reply]


Do you know where your variables are?
