IANAL, but it seems to me that as long as it's for your personal use only and you don't share the web page thus created with a public audience, it's harmless or at the very least could easily be argued as fair use.
You certainly wouldn't want to make the generated pages public though...

<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
