At least two things I like to concentrate on:
- Continue to improve my Perl skills at the same rate.
- Practice the piano more. My teacher wanted me to give a
recital around Thanksgiving, but I didn't have a secure
enough program. It should be ready by February or March. He
also wants me to compete in two competitions (one in
January and the other in April), but they will require
learning additional repetoire. I'm afraid that trying to do
all three would cut into my time for Perl though.

Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
