Hrm, the top 10 hits on the Google web search probably belong there more than PM. Among them is perl.com, perl.org, CPAN, ActiveState, and The Perl Journal. Directory search is similar.

IMHO, the sites above are more important to someone just starting to use Perl. So even if PM deserves to be there, there just isn't enough room in the top 10 for everyone.

Snippets of code should be wrapped in <code> tags not <pre> tags. In fact, <pre> tags should generally be avoided. If they must be used, extreme care should be taken to ensure that their contents do not have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor intervention).
