sciTE is a promising (and very descentralized) project. . It should deserve more attention paided by programers. It is also multiplatform. And as flexible as perl.

I can only count one perl plugin done for it since it has started. What a shame!

Should also be mentioned in the list. But, counting it's all other versions. For example, a windows one that is used to generate instant GUIs GUI4Cli.

Add `id` above, Promote, Watch, Both.
