I have found as my years advance and my eyesight becomes not so sharp as it once was great difficulty in differentiating between the round and curly brackets in some fonts and also zero and the lowercase letter “o”. Inconsolata seems to fit the bill for me and it can be downloaded with an Open Font Licence.
