There isn't a hash - you're accessing an OLE object.
Check out this excellent PerlScript tutorial
Remember that you can still use CGI with PerlScript and Win32::ASP
I wrote this sub to create a hash for the Session Vars, you can do something similar with the Form collection
use strict;
use Win32::OLE qw(in);
sub GetSessionVars {
my %iis_sess;
foreach my $key (in ($Session->Contents)) {
$iis_sess{$key} = $Session->Contents($key);
}
return \%iis_sess;
}
my $session_vars = GetSessionVars();
$code or die
$ perldoc perldoc

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
