'Comment On' needs guidance notes, too

When you go to create a new node, for example at the bottom of SOPW, there are some notes providing guidance. These hints should also be available on the Comment On pages.

After all, there are several comments for each original post, which means the Comment On option is used more than the original query option. Admittedly, commenting monks are not likely to be doing so for the first time, but still, even experienced friars occassionally need to look up something they rarely use. Why not have the information where they need it, instead of making them search?

How is updating your bio different from posting a question or commenting on someone's post? It needs the hints, too.
