This code is asking for me to save the document or not. I wanted that it should not ask for saving. Just do the process what I assigned to it and quit after iteration ends. Thanks Nicholas

Your problem appears to be with Word rather than Perl - to be honest I would start with the documentation at http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dv_wrcore/html/wrgrfWordObjects.asp whedre you are likely to get an answer more quickly
