I had asked someone about Whoppers here and he said there is something that sounds like what I described, maybe he was thinking of crunchies, but I haven't looked yet(just had wisdom teeth removed and it would have been hard to eat that kind of stuff..)

You can buy Whoppers (in and out of US) at My Favoite Candy, and along with freezing whoppers they make a nice Pie.
