I'm thinking a poster & shirt of a Perl Monk. He could wear the robes of the noble monks, and be holding up a tablet with

inscribed upon it. Along the bottom or top it can say "Thou shalt use strict!" with possibly a storm background? The monk could also be standing on a cliff perhaps. With a crowd of programmers / people below.
