You give us no information about your system and your requirements.

"don't work" is not a good statement ... you perhaps have to install some Perl modules (Tk or GD or ...) from CPAN. Or you have to install some libraries (like Qt, Gtk, ...) and a possibility to connect them to your Perl-environment.

If you just use Perl and nothing but the core modules, there won't be a way.

You could create LaTeX-output with pure Perl, but you need to have a latex-"compiler" after that.

Or you could create a png-file (if you don't use modules, you will have to learn much about how this format works and how to build such a graphic. (I think using GD or something simular would be much much easier.)
