You give us no information about your system and your requirements.
"don't work" is not a good statement ... you perhaps have to install some Perl modules (Tk or GD or ...) from CPAN. Or you have to install some libraries (like Qt, Gtk, ...) and a possibility to connect them to your Perl-environment. If you just use Perl and nothing but the core modules, there won't be a way. You could create LaTeX-output with pure Perl, but you need to have a latex-"compiler" after that. Or you could create a png-file (if you don't use modules, you will have to learn much about how this format works and how to build such a graphic. (I think using GD or something simular would be much much easier.) (I do have some of these possibilities under Linux and Windows, so tell us more about your problem, then there will be a possibility to help you.)
