Always had a strong love for computers in general and programming/s‎crip‎ting/whatchawannacallit in particular. Although I don't do anything IT-related at the moment(I work customer service at a utilities company) I still do spend massive amounts of time in front of a computer, most of it either tinkering around with Perl or playing a nice relaxing game.

My current(well, current, more like for a really long time now) project is a pure Perl platform to enable the creation of IRC bots. Having spent a lot of time playing games such as Planetarion and its various derivatives I got heavily involved with one of the many alliances in these games and at the moment I more or less function as one of their main techs. IRC has always been a medium used very heavily around these games and having bots helps organize certain aspects of alliance life.
