Just some popular lines from popular shakespeare plays translated into perl.

$question=$tobe || !$tobe;

sub pricking{shift;$wicked{'something'}->comes('way'=>'this');}
my $thumb;
pricking($thumb);

Romeo{'Romeo'}->why('name'=>'Romeo'); Update:added quote

$toil*=2;$trouble*=2;
$fire->burn();$cauldron->bubble();

$east=$window->break('what'=>'light','where'=>'through yonder');
$juliet=new sun();$juliet->slay('moon'); Update: Made $juliet a sun, instead of a string.

I'll probably think up somemore later. i haven't read as much shakespeare as most people have, so I'm sure some of you can top me.

    I'm game, though maybe there should be a foreach in here:

    BEGIN { kill @lawyers; }

    Update: While I may or may not agree with jcwren's reasoning below, I choose to retain the essential flavor of the original Shakespeare: The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers.

      The only problem with this, chromatic, is that it only kills lawyers at start-up. Since lawyerism seems to be a gene that spontaneously pollutes, I think this should be forked out, and put in a while (1) to make sure they're killed as fast and as often as possible.

      Wren's postulates on peoples and governments:
      1. Anyone who wants to be in politics shouldn't be.
      2. Anyone who has ever been a member of the bar may not be a member of Congress.
      3. Anyone who has ever been a builder or real estate agent may not be a county commissioner.
