Oh, definitely the Tattoo question response! As soon as I read the link in your node I immediately thought of the exact same one.

It's certainly one of the funniest nodes I've come across on the site, ever. Of course, to enjoy it at its fullest, I find it helps to read the whole thread. And of course, geckosan's follow-up reply elsewhere in the thread is of merit too.
