This was a tough call: For my personal account it's about 50/50 between something in indecipherable HTML/Java/Javascript/stuff and the Rolex knockoffs. For the only advertised, and non-filtered, address on the system, however, it's 50/50 basic 419 variants and lottery winner scams. Except for a single advance order scam. Just one. In almost a year. And nothing else. Go figure.
