Hi Prad, I believe there are different versions of perl2exe, for different versions of perl. To find which version of perl you are using, type: perl -v Then go to: http://www.indigostar.com/perl2exe.htm#Download And download the appropriate version for the perl you have installed. But you have to pay to register this software, so it may be worthwhile to go for the PAR option. Hope this helps, Martymart
