Rather than track who does or does not get a receipt, everyone gets a receipt now. To streamline the process, however, we do them all in one big batch at the end of the year. That is a lot easier on us, plus it saves a lot of people from having to re-request a receipt for the taxes because they lost the original nine months ago.
