Why are you asking how to use Perl if you think it's poor and primitive? Why not use something else that's, in your opinion, rich and evolved?

And we'll probably need more information. Code snippets, etc.

    My collegue just advice me "try Perl as some basic primitive tool for me". As my opinion good thing is something that run without problem...
      Understood. Perl has the ability to be simple for those who want to use a small part of it's capabilities.

      Something that runs without problems usually requires the understanding to use it. I think the word you're looking for is "foolproof". In any case, every language that is lower-level than Perl must be a bad thing.

      You also did not provide a snippet, so no one here will be able to diagnose your problem. Perhaps your intent was not to ask a genuine question, but to spark a ... discussion?
