Is there some nice full fledged example documentation for using the modules you mention? I went through the docs for CGI::Prototype but couldn't gather much.

I don't think there are any docs on using CGI::Prototype with those other modules. You have to get that by knowing all those other modules and then figuring out that "aha, they can work together!". You can ask your questions on the cgi-prototype users mailing list, set up by our own princepawn.
