I think most people wouldn't need such a tag as most are intelligent enough to realize that if the subject is in a language they don't understand they are unlikely to understand the text of the node.

I'm intelligent enough to look at just this thread and see that there need not be any correlation between the language used in the node title and that used in the node contents. q-:
